Disclaimer: Regulus Black belongs to JK Rowling but I did the art myself.
Author Notes: Based off of theories that RAB is Regulus Black. I find him fascinating. His outfit is kind of based off of the Page of Wands card mainly the cape. This took forever to get it to look the way I wanted it do, hell, it took forever just to draw it. The one thing that I can honestly say I am 100% happy with are his eyes. It's the first time I've done eyes the way I wanted them done. *glee*
